Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TAWZER LLC ("TAWZER," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit tawzer.co, contact us, or otherwise interact with our business.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit our contact form or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, company or project details, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
Our website infrastructure and security providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and security or diagnostic events.
Connected social-media accounts
If we offer a social-media connection and you choose to authorize it, we may receive the information allowed by the permissions you approve. This may include a platform account identifier, display name, profile image, authorization status and tokens, content and captions you choose to upload, and upload status or error information.
We use this information only to authenticate the account, perform the content action you request, display its status, protect the integration, and troubleshoot errors. A draft-upload feature does not publish content publicly unless you separately take the action and grant the permission required by the connected platform.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not currently use advertising or behavioral-analytics cookies on tawzer.co. Our hosting, content-delivery, or security providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver and protect the site.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, schedule discussions, and evaluate potential projects.
- Provide, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure our website and services.
- Communicate about a current or prospective business relationship.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Improve the reliability and effectiveness of our website and business operations.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, we process personal information as necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our business and responding to inquiries. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting prior processing.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Service providers that support our contact form, email delivery, website hosting, content delivery, security, and web fonts, including FormSubmit, Hostinger, and Google Fonts.
- Connected platforms, such as TikTok, when you authorize an account connection or ask us to transfer content to that platform.
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, and other parties supporting our business.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of our services.
- A successor or prospective successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. International processing
TAWZER is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and take steps designed to protect personal information in accordance with applicable law.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry or relationship, the need to maintain business and security records, provider retention settings, and applicable legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or reporting requirements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful backup and archival cycles.
Connected-platform authorization tokens are retained only while the connection remains active or as needed to perform an action you request. If you revoke or disconnect a platform account, we remove the associated token from active use, subject to limited security records, legal requirements, and protected backup cycles. Content handled for an upload is kept only as long as needed to complete, verify, and troubleshoot that action unless a separate agreement requires ongoing management.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a denied request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, email contact@tawzer.co. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
You can also revoke a connected platform's authorization through that platform's account settings and may ask us to delete associated information held by TAWZER.
9. Third-party services
Our site uses third-party services to receive form submissions, deliver and secure web content, and load fonts. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. If you follow a link to another site or service, its privacy practices govern your interaction there.
10. Children
Our website and business services are intended for organizations and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through other appropriate means.
